Stay cable structure of stay cable bridge utilizing ventilation steel pipes for dehumidification
In recent years, safety accidents caused by corrosion of an inner portion of a stay cable body of a stay cable bridge due to dampness are common, great economic losses are caused, and meanwhile safetyof the bridge is greatly reduced. The invention relates to a stay cable structure of a stay cable bridge utilizing ventilation steel pipes for dehumidification. The stay cable structure is characterized by comprising parallel steel wires (1), the ventilation steel pipes (2) and surface treatment (3). The ventilation steel pipes in a stay cable and the parallel steel wires are made of the same material, and through holes are punched in different positions of the ventilation steel pipes and evenly distributed in the stay cable. When the air in the stay cable is damp, a dry gas with certain pressure is injected into the ventilation steel pipes in the stay cable to dehumidify the main cable in a segmented mode so that the stay cable bridge cable can keep the air in the stay cable to be dry, aproblem that the stay cable is corroded due to a fact that the damp air in the stay cable is difficult to remove completely is solved, a stay cable replacement frequency is reduced, and the safety ofthe bridge is improved.
近年来,斜拉索大桥的拉索因索体内部潮湿而腐蚀产生的安全事故屡见不鲜,造成极大的经济损失,同时也极大降低了桥梁的安全性。本发明涉及一种利用通气钢管除湿的斜拉索大桥拉索结构,特征包括:平行钢丝(1),通气钢管(2),和表面处理(3)。拉索内通气钢管与平行钢丝使用相同材质,通气钢管上不同位置上打有通孔,且在拉索内均匀分布。当拉索内部空气潮湿时,通过拉索内的通气钢管灌入有一定压力的干燥气体对主缆进行分段除湿,使斜拉索大桥缆索能够保持拉索内部的空气干燥,解决了斜拉索的内部潮湿空气难以除尽而造成腐蚀的问题,降低斜拉索更换的频率,提高大桥的安全性。
