The main cable is one of main stress components of a suspension bridge and is also a non-replaceable component. The main cable is in humid and other adverse environments for a long time, so that a main cable steel wire is easy to corrode to threaten the operation safety of the suspension bridge. The invention provides a suspension bridge main cable dehumidification system utilizing a ventilation steel pipe structure. The system is composed of a main cable with a ventilation steel pipe structure, a dehumidification gas generation system, a sensor and actuator system, a monitoring and control system, an air exhaust monitoring system and the like; and corrosion, caused by moisture, of the main cable can be restrained through the dehumidification system, and the service life of a bridge is prolonged.
主缆是悬索桥的主要受力构件之一,同时也是不可更换的构件。主缆长期处在潮湿等不利环境中,导致主缆钢丝易发生腐蚀,威胁悬索桥运行安全。本发明提供一种利用通气钢管结构的悬索桥主缆除湿系统,系统由具有通气钢管结构的主缆、除湿气体发生系统、传感器和执行器系统、监测与控制系统和抽气监测系统等组成,通过此除湿系统可以遏制主缆因潮湿而引起的腐蚀,延长桥梁的使用寿命。
