I-shaped steel cantilever beams are arranged on side walls of lock chamber sections, andembedded bailey trusses are arranged on piers; the bailey trusses are sequentially and fixedly connected between the I-shaped steel cantilever beams and the Bailey trusses pre-buried in the piers, aconnecting system is arranged on the Bailey trusses to form a supporting platform, a supporting frame of a cast-in-place box girder is arranged on the supporting platform, and then box girder concreteis poured by erecting a formwork. The side walls of the lock chamber sections and the piers are used for constructing a stress foundation of a supporting system, cast-in-place operation of the traffic bridge is achieved, and construction stability performance and construction efficiency are improved.
本发明提供一种现浇箱梁交通桥的贝雷架支撑施工方法,利用闸室段侧壁设置工字钢悬挑梁、利用桥墩设置预埋贝雷架,之后在工字钢悬挑梁与桥墩预埋的贝雷架之间依次固定连接贝雷架,在贝雷架上设置连接体系,形成支撑平台,在支撑平台上设置现浇箱梁的支撑架,之后立模板浇筑箱梁混凝土。利用闸室段侧壁以及桥墩构建支撑体系的受力基础,实现了交通桥的现浇作业,提高了施工稳定性能和施工效率。
