Bailey truss integral falling device for cast-in-place box girder and construction process
The invention discloses a bailey truss integral falling device. The device comprises a box girder, pier bases, sand boxes, steel pipe supports and a bailey truss, the pier bases are installed on the two sides of the bottom of the box girder, the steel pipe supports are arranged on the inner sides of the pier bases and connected with the pier bases, the sand boxes are installed at the tops of the steel pipe supports, the bailey truss is arranged between the box girder and the sand boxes, second through holes are formed in the two ends of the two sides of the box girder and penetrate through thewhole box girder, and pedestals are installed above the second through holes. According to an overall bailey truss dismantling process, a whole beam falling system composed of the four pedestals andcenter hole jacks is adopted, the pedestals and the center hole jacks hoist the whole bailey truss system to the box girder through second deformed steel bar hoisting rods, the center hole jacks synchronously retract to drive the bailey truss to fall off, and manual and mechanical use and cost are reduced; and when the bailey truss descends to a lower position, the bailey truss is disassembled manually, so that the safety of workers during working is improved, and the construction speed is increased.
本发明公开了一种现浇箱梁用贝雷架整体落架装置,包括箱梁、墩座、砂箱、钢管支撑、贝雷架,所述墩座安装在箱梁底部两侧,所述钢管支撑设置在墩座内侧且与墩座连接,所述砂箱安装在钢管支撑的顶部,所述贝雷架设置于箱梁与砂箱之间,所述箱梁两侧两端开设有第二通孔,第二通孔贯穿箱梁整体,所述第二通孔上方安装有台座。本发明贝雷架整体拆除工艺采用由四处台座与穿心千斤顶组成的整个落梁体系,台座与穿心千斤顶通过第二螺纹钢吊杆将整个贝雷架体系吊在箱梁上,穿心千斤顶同步回缩带动贝雷架下落,减少了人工与机械使用及费用,当贝雷架降至较低位置时,再通过人工进行拆卸,从而提高了工人工作时的安全,提高了施工速度。
