The grouting hole sealing structure for the concrete faced rockfill dam comprises a hole bottom rubber pad,a steel plate, a sealing material and a hole top hand-scraped polyurea coating, a pyramid-frustum-shaped hole is formed in a concrete panel and located on the upper part of a grouting pipe/grouting hole; the sizes of the hole bottom rubber pad and the steel plate are larger than the size of the grouting pipe/grouting hole; the hole bottom rubber pad is located in the middle of the hole bottom ofthe pyramid-frustum-shaped hole and located on the upper part of the grouting pipe/grouting hole; the steel plate is located on the upper part of the hole bottom rubber pad; the steel plate is connected with the middle part of the hole bottom of the pyramid-frustum-shaped hole through expansion bolts, the pyramid-frustum-shaped hole is filled with the sealing material, the top of the sealing material is aligned to an original concrete surface, the hole top hand-scraped polyurea coating is located at the upper end of the pyramid-frustum-shaped hole and located at the upper end of the sealing material.
