The invention discloses an intelligent production and molding equipment for high-speed railway sleepers. The intelligent production and molding equipment includes a bottom plate, a pouring box, a spiral rod, a cylinder, a driven gear, a driving gear, a stepping motor, a spring, a vibration plate, a mold, an inner cavity, a heating wire, a rod body, a protective box, a vibration motor, an access door and a feeding hopper. Concrete in the pouring box can be effectively discharged through the stepping motor driving the spiral rod to rotate, and the discharge speed of the concrete can be controlled by the rotation speed of the stepping motor, so that a user can adjust and control according to needs; the heating wire can heat the mold to increase the drying speed of the concrete; the intelligent production and molding equipment is different from traditional sleeper molding equipment, a natural drying method is used to solidify the concrete, and the molding speed and processing efficiency are increased to a certain extent; and the vibration of the mold is indirectly driven by the vibration motor, the concrete in the mold can be effectively and evenly filled, bubbles are prevented from appearing in the concrete, and manual vibrating is avoided.
本发明公开了一种高铁轨枕智能生产成型设备,包括底板、浇筑箱、螺旋杆、筒体、从动齿轮、主动齿轮、步进电机、弹簧、振动板、模具、内腔、加热丝、杆体、保护盒、振动电机、检修门和进料斗。本发明通过步进电机带动螺旋杆转动,可以有效的将浇筑箱内的混凝土排出,并且,可以通过步进电机的转速控制混凝土的排出速度,从而使用者可以根据需求进行调控;设置的加热丝可以加热模具,从而增加混凝土的干燥速度,区别于传统的轨枕成型设备,采用自然干燥的方式进行凝固混凝土,在一定程度上增加了成型速度和加工效率;通过振动电机间接的带动模具振动,可以有效的将模具内的混凝土填充均匀,防止其内部出现气泡等,也避免了采用人工的方式进行振捣。
