The power transmission unit comprises a servo motor, a driving shaft and walking wheels, and the servo motor is fixedly arranged in the control frame and provides rotating power for the driving shaft; the driving shaft is rotationally connected to the bottom of the control frame, and walking wheels are coaxially and fixedly arranged at the two ends of the driving shaft. The electric control inspection unit comprises a laser distance measuring sensor, an encoder, a travel switch and a controller which is provided with a display screen and is internally provided with a data acquisition system; according to the invention, the work of manually checking rail bottom fasteners one by one can be replaced, the checking efficiency is improved, the probability of leak detection is reduced, the defects of empty hoisting, bulge and the like of a single sleeper caused by improper mounting of the fasteners in the later period are avoided, the accuracy and the time efficiency of fastener checking are improved, and the economic benefit is improved.
