Manufacturing process of autoclaved aerated concrete block
The invention relates to a manufacturing process of an autoclaved aerated concrete block. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: S1, blending raw materials; S2, mixing and stirring raw materials; S3, pumping and pouring raw materials; S4, standing for pre-maintenance; S5, demoulding; S6, cutting; and S7, performing autoclaved curing and strengthening. A cutting device comprises acutting guide rail, and an edge removing device, a first slitting device, a rotating device and a second slitting device, which are sequentially arranged along the cutting guide rail. A conveying tray is slidably mounted on the cutting guide rail. The edge removing device comprises vertical cutting steel wires; two sides of the edge removing device are respectively provided with one vertical cutting steel wire. The first slitting device and the second slitting device both comprise a horizontal cutting steel wire, the horizontal cutting steel wires are arranged on the upper side of the cuttingguide rail, and the rotating device comprises a rotatable rotating frame and a clamping jaw, which is installed on the rotating frame and is used for clamping a building block. The cutting deice cancompletely cut a unit plate, the phenomenon that cutting is not in place is not likely to happen, and unit blocks can be separated conveniently.
本发明涉及一种蒸压加气混凝土砌块制造工艺,包括如下步骤:S1:调配原料;S2:原料混合搅拌;S3:原料泵送浇筑;S4:静置预养护;S5:脱模;S6:切割;S7:蒸压养护加强;切割装置包括切割导轨和沿着切割导轨依次设置的去边装置、第一分切装置、转动装置和第二分切装置,切割导轨上滑动安装有运输托盘,去边装置包括竖向切割钢丝,竖向切割钢丝在去边装置的两侧各设置有一个,第一分切装置和第二分切装置均包括水平切割钢丝,水平切割钢丝设置在切割导轨的上侧,转动装置包括可旋转的转动架和安装在转动架上用于夹持住砌块的夹持爪。其能够完全切割开单元板,不易出现切割不到位的现象,便于将单元块分开。
