The invention discloses a sintering method of a silicon carbide prefabricated part. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, cleaning working equipment and electrifying the equipment for standby; step 2, selecting working materials and preparing for later use; step 3, carrying out basic treatment on the inner surface of a mold; step 4, inspecting the materials and carrying out basic operation on the materials; step 5, carrying out subsequent treatment on hot pressed sintering; and step 6, carrying out conformity assessment and collection of a product. The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum-silicon carbide plate. According to the sintering method of the silicon carbide prefabricated part and the preparation method of the aluminum-silicon carbide plate, materials which do not meet the requirements are removed, and the purity of the product is improved; and by adding a sintering aid and gradually heating after molding, the materials are slowly molded at high temperature, and the internal structure is gradually enhanced, so that the produced silicon carbide is high in strength and wide in application range, and in addition, the strength of the silicon carbideproduct and the stability during application are further improved by sintering at high pressure.
