The invention discloses a preparation method of a wear-resistant weather-resistant carbon sliding plate, and belongs to the technical field of pantograph slide plate preparation. The method includes the following steps of: grinding and mixing bamboo chips and straws; after grinding, carrying out steam explosion treatment to obtain a steam explosion product; mixing the steam explosion product withhydrochloric acid, and stirring an obtained mixture; adding potassium permanganate, and mixing the potassium permanganate with the mixture to obtain an oxidized mixed solution; filtering the mixed solution; performing soaking with alkali liquor and carrying out high-temperature treatment to obtain a thermal reaction solution; mixing the thermal reaction solution with montmorillonite; dropwise adding hydrochloric acid to adjust a pH value; and performing heating at high temperature to obtain reaction slurry; performing concentration, evaporation and high-temperature treatment on the reaction slurry to obtain thermal reaction fibers; and finally, mixing the thermal reaction fibers, corundum and other raw materials, performing hot-pressing on an obtained mixture, making an obtained product stand still at high temperature, and performing discharging to obtain the wear-resistant weather-resistant carbon sliding plate. The chemical stability and weather resistance of the carbon sliding plateare enhanced; the carbon sliding plate keeps good conductivity under severe weather conditions; and the mechanical strength and abrasion resistance of the carbon sliding plate are effectively improved.
