Preparation method and application of weather-resistant and wear-resistant hydrophobic additive
The invention relates to the field of preparation of high polymer materials, and particularly discloses a preparation method of a weather-resistant and wear-resistant hydrophobic additive. The method comprises the following steps: 1, measuring or preparing a certain amount of fluororesin particles; 2, placing the fluororesin particles in a plasma device, treating for 1min-1h in a specific gas environment and performing surface activation treatment so as to prepare fluororesin particles subjected to surface activation treatment are prepared and form a hydrophobic additive; or carrying out chemical modification treatment on the fluororesin particles by using a chemical modifier; or putting the fluororesin particles into a plasma device, treating for 1min-1h in the specific gas environment, and carrying out surface activation treatment to prepare the fluororesin particles subjected to surface activation treatment; and using a chemical modifier. The invention also discloses an application of the weather-resistant and wear-resistant hydrophobic additive. Fluororesin particles with low surface energy are modified so that the prepared hydrophobic auxiliary agent is long in storage time, and the compatibility with a film-forming molded matter is greatly improved, so that the hydrophobic additive can be uniformly dispersed in the film-forming molded matter.
