The invention discloses a method for preparing foamed ceramic material from ceramic polishing-grinding waste and blast furnace slag. The method comprises the following steps of: weighing 50-60% of ceramic polishing-grinding waste and 30-40% of blast furnace slag; carrying out dry grinding with a ball mill for 5-6 hours; adding 0.5%-2% of foaming agent graphite, 2%-4% of industrial calcium carbonate and 4%-6% of fluxing agent borax into a ball mill, conducting ball milling is for 2 h, and then sieving an obtained material for later use; filling a mold with powder particles, placing the mold ina heating furnace, and performing firing pore forming; cooling a product to normal temperature along with a furnace after finishing firing so as to obtain the foamed ceramic material. According to themethod of the invention, the ceramic polishing-grinding waste and blast furnace slag are mainly used as raw materials; additives such as graphite, industrial calcium carbonate and borax are added; and the raw materials and the additives are fired in the furnace at a time, so that the foamed ceramic material can be obtained; and therefore, the resource utilization of industrial solid waste is achieved. The preparation technological process of the method is simple; the used raw materials are industrial solid waste ceramic polishing-grinding waste and blast furnace slag, so that production costis low, environmental protection is facilitated, and the prepared foamed ceramic material is excellent in comprehensive performance.
本发明公开了一种用陶瓷抛磨废料和高炉矿渣制备发泡陶瓷材料的方法,包括如下步骤:称取陶瓷抛磨废料50%‑60%和高炉矿渣30%‑40%份,用球磨机进行干磨5h‑6h;向球磨机中添加发泡剂石墨0.5%‑2%、工业碳酸钙2%‑4%,助熔剂硼砂4%‑6%,球磨2h后过筛备用;将粉体颗粒填充到模具中并放置于加热炉内,进行烧成造孔;烧制完成后随炉冷却至常温,获得发泡陶瓷材料,本发明主要以陶瓷抛磨废料和和高炉矿渣为原料,添加石墨、工业碳酸钙和硼砂等添加剂,在炉中一次烧成,实现工业固体废弃物资源化利用,制备工艺流程简单,所用原料为工业固体废弃物陶瓷抛磨废料和高炉矿渣,生产成本低廉,也有利于环保,且制备得到的发泡陶瓷材料综合性能优良。
