The invention provides a construction method of a cast-in-place porous steel plate composite beam of an urban viaduct. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, welding a steel plate beam, namely transporting the steel plate beam processed by a manufacturer to a site for hoisting and welding; and 2, pouring a concrete panel, namely pouring twice, firstly pouring a lower-layer concrete platewith a set thickness in a striding manner, and then pouring an upper-layer concrete plate with a set thickness of the whole bridge after the strength meets the design requirement. According to the scheme, the construction steps of assembling the steel beams and prefabricating the panel on site are adopted; it is not required to build a prefabricated field on site, so that the construction method is suitable for the situation of a narrow field, twice pouring is adopted, the construction speed can be increased while the strength requirement is met, the process blank about on-site steel beam andpanel assembling in the prior art can be filled, and meanwhile, compared with a traditional conventional prefabricating process, the efficiency can be guaranteed, and practicability is high.
本发明提出一种城市高架桥现浇多孔钢板组合梁的施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一,钢板梁焊接,将厂家加工完成的钢板梁运至现场进行吊装、焊接;步骤二,浇筑混凝土面板,分成两次浇筑,先分跨浇筑设定厚度的下层混凝土板,待强度达到设计要求后,再浇筑全桥设定厚度的上层混凝土板。本方案采用现场拼装钢梁、预制面板的施工步骤,无需再现场搭建预制场,因此适用于场地狭窄的情况,采用两次浇筑,能够在满足强度需求的同时提高施工速度,既能够填充现有技术中关于现场拼装钢梁、预制面板的工艺空白,同时较传统的常规预制工艺而言也能够保证效率,实用性强。
