The wallboard comprises a surface layer, a core layer and a bottom layer, a silane coupling agent and epoxyresin compound doping mode is adopted, limestone powder, volcanic limestone and other substances are added as admixtures, the binding property between multiple aggregates in concrete and the admixtures is synergistically optimized, and the dispersibility of the cement and the EPS particles is improved; and the use amount of part of fly ash and cement in a lightweight concrete system is reduced, the quality improvement and consumption reduction of the lightweight wallboard are realized, and the strength meets the national standard requirement.
本发明涉及一种EPS复合轻质墙板及其制备方法，该墙板包括面层、芯层和底层，以硅烷偶联剂和环氧树脂复掺的模式，并加入石灰石粉、火山灰岩等物质作为掺合料，协同优化混凝土内部诸多骨料与掺合料之间的结合性，以及水泥与EPS颗粒分散性，减少轻质混凝土体系中的部分粉煤灰及水泥用量，实现了轻质墙板的提质降耗，强度满足国家标准要求。
