Light gypsum based self-leveling flooring thermal insulation and sound insulation structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a light gypsum based self-leveling flooring thermal insulation and sound insulation structure and a construction method thereof. The thermal insulation and sound insulation structure comprises an anti-cracking protection layer, a light steel plate layer, a light gypsum thermal insulation layer and a facing layer, all of which are sequentially paved on a floor from bottom to top. The light steel plate layer is obtained by flatly paving and fixedly mounting multiple light steel plates onto the anti-cracking protection layer, each light steel plate is provided with one ormore protruding bars penetrating through the whole steel plate, and hollow columns penetrating through the whole steel plates are formed between the protruding bars and the anti-cracking protection layer, wherein the cross sections of the hollow columns are triangular or square or rectangular or arched or semicircular. A novel flooring structure is provided, the light steel plate layer with the protruding bars is paved in the floor layer, air is left in gaps on the lower layers of the protruding bars, and due to the fact that the air heat conduction coefficient is low, the structure can achieve a better thermal insulation effect; and glass beads are blended in to replace standard sand, the thermal insulation performance of mortar is improved, meanwhile, the unit weight can be reduced, andthe sound insulation effect is achieved.
本发明涉及一种轻质石膏基自流平楼地面保温隔音结构及其施工方法,该保温隔音结构包括从下到上依次铺设在楼板上的抗裂防护层、轻质钢板层、轻质石膏保温层以及饰面层;所述轻质钢板层由多块轻质钢板平铺并固定安装在抗裂防护层上得到,每块轻质钢板具有一条或多条贯穿整个钢板的隆起筋,所述隆起筋与抗裂防护层之间形成贯穿整个钢板的横截面为三角形、方形、矩形、弓形或半圆形的空心柱。本发明提供了一种新型楼地面构造,在楼面层中铺设轻质带隆起筋的钢板层,在隆起筋下层空隙处会留有空气,由于空气的导热系数低,此结构可起到更好的保温隔热效果,并通过掺入玻化微珠代替标准砂,改善砂浆的保温性能同时可以降低容重,并具有隔音效果。
