The invention discloses a high-strength high-damping floating floor slab elastic subcrust. The subcrust comprises a periodic grating and a filling body; the periodic grating is formed by cross-shapedcells which make periodic extension along two perpendicular directions in a two-dimensional plane; each of the cross-shaped cells is a multi-layered periodic structure formed by staggered stacking ofa layer of rigid materials and a layer of viscoelastic materials; the filling body is formed by viscoelastic materials and densely fills a cavity of the periodic grating; and the periodic grating is connected with the filling body in glue joint mode. The floating floor slab elastic subcrust has the characteristics of high strength and high damping, the load bearing capacity of the subcrust can beimproved, and relatively large deformation is prevented from being caused under the load bearing action of an upper part floor slab face body and a floor slab so cracks of an upper part protective integral cast layer caused by the deformation are avoided; and the periodic structrue can isolate medium- and low-frequency knocking noises and a viscoelastic body filled in the position of the cavity ofthe periodic grating can isolate medium- and high-frequency knocking noises, so the purpose of high-efficiency isolation of the knocking noises is achieved.
本发明公开一种高刚度高阻尼的浮筑楼板弹性垫层,包括周期格栅及填充体,所述的周期格栅是由十字形元胞在二维平面内沿着两个垂直方向进行周期延拓而成,所述的十字形元胞是由一层刚性材料和一层粘弹性材料交错叠放形成的多层周期结构,所述的填充体为粘弹性材料,密实地填充在周期格栅的空腔中,周期栅格和填充体之间胶接。本发明的浮筑楼板弹性垫层具有高刚度、高阻尼的特性,能够提高垫层的承载能力,防止由于上部楼板面层及楼板荷载作用下的较大形变,而引起上部保护整浇层的开裂;周期结构能够隔离中低频撞击声,而在周期格栅的空腔部位填充粘弹性体,能隔离中高频撞击声,从而达到了高效隔离撞击声的目的。
