The invention discloses a dynamic damping device, a floating slab structure with the dynamic damping device and a floating slab track system. The dynamic damping device is placed on a floating slab and comprises a mass block and an elastic base plate which are used for absorbing vibration. A steel bar support is embedded in the mass block and comprises a plurality of transverse steel bars and a plurality of vertical steel bars, and the transverse steel bars are fixedly connected with the longitudinal steel bars.The elastic base plate is fixedly connected to the bottom periphery of the mass block and the bottom periphery of the side wall. The device has the advantages that the device is simple in structure, the device is matched with the floating slab for use, the particle damper can be properly selected and mounted, and accordingly the vibration effect of the floating slab can be further effectively reduced.
