The community parking device comprises garage bodies arranged on the two sides, wherein an auxiliary slope is arranged between the two garage bodies; stairs are arranged on the garage bodies; and a rotary conveying platform assembly used for parking is arranged between the garage bodies on the two sides. The rotary conveying platform assembly comprises a rotary plane fixed to the upper surface of a rotary turbine. Conveying racks are arranged on the opposite inner sides of the two garagebodies and supported by the conveying racks on the garage bodies to be positioned and fixed, and the rotary conveying platform assembly is placed on the conveying racks. The community parking devicehas the advantages that rotation of a vehicle in the direction is achieved through a rotary platform, the vehicle parking position is moved through connection of the rotary conveying platform assemblyand the conveying racks of the garage bodies, target garages are selected through laser sensor signal transmitting ends and laser sensor signal receiving ends arranged on the garages, the vehicle parking space is saved, and parking is environmentally friendly and intelligent.
