Cemented bispherical granular material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a cemented bispherical granular material and a preparation method and device thereof. The cemented bispherical particulate material comprises two spherical particles; a cementing part which is located between the two spherical particles and used for cementing the two spherical particles together, wherein the material forming the two spherical particles comprises a rock material, and the material forming the cementing part comprises a cement-based cementing material. The cemented double-spherical granular material can simulate a cemented body in cemented rockfill materials in the actual construction process; different cemented rockfill materials are simulated by controlling the geometrical characteristics of the spherical particles and the mechanical properties and the pouring amount of the cement-based cementing material, so the contact mechanical characteristics of the cemented body can be explored, and the method can be further used for mesoscopic mechanical property tests under different engineering conditions.
本发明提供了胶结双球形颗粒材料及其制备方法和装置。该胶结双球形颗粒材料包括:两个球形颗粒;和胶结部,所述胶结部位于两个所述球形颗粒之间,且用于将两个所述球形颗粒胶结在一起,其中,形成两个所述球形颗粒的材料包括岩石材料,形成所述胶结部的材料包括水泥基胶凝材料。该胶结双球形颗粒材料可模拟实际施工过程中胶结堆石料中的胶结体,通过对球形颗粒的几何特性和水泥基胶凝材料的力学性能和浇筑量的控制以模拟不同的胶结堆石料,从而可实现探究胶结体的接触力学特性,进而可用于不同工程条件下的细观力学性能试验。
