The invention provides a central anti-collision partition guardrail for roads and bridges. Two force release plates in an anti-collision stand column mechanism are movably installed on two sides of astand column through supporting rods at the ends of the force release plates respectively. A spring I is arranged between each force release plate and the stand column, two friction plates are movablyinstalled in two guide grooves in the stand column respectively, the friction plates are fixedly connected with the force release plates respectively, a main shaft is installed in the stand column through a bearing, a friction wheel is fixedly arranged on the main shaft in a sleeving mode, the two friction plates make friction contact with the two sides of the friction wheel respectively, and a torsional spring is arranged on the main shaft; and a bottom telescopic supporting mechanism fixedly sleeves the bottom of the main shaft. Through the arrangement of the force release plates, first-stage buffering can be conducted when the handrail is subjected to rigid impact; the force release plates drive the friction plates to drive the friction wheels to rotate, so that the main shaft drives the torsional spring to deform to achieve secondary buffering; when one force release plate is impacted rigidly, the friction wheel rotates to drive the other force release plate to extend outwards, then the force release plates drive the springs to extend outwards to realize third-level buffering.
本发明提供一种用于路桥中央防撞隔断护栏,防撞立柱机构内的两块泄力板分别通过其端部的支撑杆活动安装在立柱的两侧,而泄力板与立柱之间设有弹簧Ⅰ,两块摩擦板分别活动安装在立柱内部的两根导槽中,而摩擦板分别与泄力板固定连接,主轴通过轴承安装在立柱内,摩擦轮固套在主轴上,其中两块摩擦板分别与摩擦轮的两侧摩擦接触,主轴上设有扭簧;底部伸缩支撑机构固套在主轴的底部。通过泄力板的设置在栏杆受到刚性冲击时能够进行一级缓冲,而泄力板带动摩擦板驱动摩擦轮转动,使得主轴带动扭簧形变实现二级缓冲,而其中一块泄力板受到刚性冲击时摩擦轮的转动会驱动另一块泄力板向外伸出,进而泄力板带动弹簧向外伸出,进而实现三级缓冲。
