The device comprises a rack, a vertical rod and a connecting rod; one side of the rack is fixedly connected with the vertical rod.One side of the vertical rod is fixedly connected with the connecting rod; a mounting device is arranged on one side of a mounting machine; a groove is formed in the upper part of the vertical rod; asliding rod is interactively connected to the interior of the groove; an angle adjusting device convenient to operate is mounted at the upper part of the vertical rod; the upper part of the rack is fixedly connected with a water storage tank; a water spraying device capable of automatically operating is mounted on one side of the water storage tank; the mounting device comprises an extension plate, a connecting ring and a clamping seat; extension plates are symmetrically and fixedly connected to one side of the vertical rod, connecting rings are fixedly connected to the ends, away from the rack, of the extension plates, clamping bases are fixedly connected to the upper portions of the connecting rings, and threaded holes are formed in the upper portions of the clamping bases. The device has advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, reduced maintenance cost, and high practicability.
