The invention discloses a road watering device based on a remote sensing technology, belonging to the technical field of road watering devices. The road watering device comprises a carrier loader andan air conveying mechanism, wherein a water storage tank is fixed to the surface of the carrier loader, a conveying pipe is connected to the outer wall of the right end of the water storage tank, flowdividing pipes are connected to the two sides of the bottom end of the conveying pipe, the middle parts of the flow dividing pipes are sleeved with human body infrared sensors, the air conveying mechanism is arranged at the top of the conveying pipe, and a camera is fixed to the top of a head of the carrier loader. According to the road watering device based on the remote sensing technology in the invention, based on the principle that infrared wavelength emitted by a human body is different from infrared wavelength emitted by a vehicle body, human bodies on the two sides of a road can be sensed through the human body infrared sensors, and the sensing range of each human body infrared sensor is fan-shaped; when the human body infrared sensors sense human bodies, an electronic valve is closed, so a high-pressure water gun cannot spray out a water column until pedestrians move out of the ranges of the human body infrared sensors, and such arrangement is beneficial for giving precedenceto the pedestrians and facilitating passing of the pedestrians.
