The invention relates to a firmly-installed environment-friendly manhole cover. The firmly-installed environment-friendly manhole cover comprises a mounting pipe, a supporting ring, a manhole cover body and two drainage pipes. The firmly-installed environment-friendly manhole cover further comprises a fixing mechanism and two closing mechanisms. The fixing mechanism comprises a limiting rod, a containing groove, a handle, a first elastic rope, a rotary table, a transmission assembly, two rotating rods and two limiting blocks. The closing mechanisms comprise filter screens, gas conveying pipes,sealing caps, screw rods, ball screw bearings, fixing rods, springs and limiting disks. The transmission assembly comprises a mounting bearing, a supporting pipe, a lifting shaft, a second elastic rope and a positioning unit. The positioning unit comprises a positioning groove and a positioning block. According to the firmly-installed environment-friendly manhole cover, the manhole cover body andthe mounting pipe can be fixedly connected through the fixing mechanism, the probability of washing away the manhole cover body is lowered, and the practicability of the manhole cover is improved; and due to the closing mechanisms, the drainage pipes can be blocked, the probability for stinks inside a manhole to disperse is lowered and the environmental protection performance of the manhole coveris improved.
