The invention provides a post-cast strip supporting system, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The post-cast strip supporting system comprises a plurality of supporting rods,a fixed supporting body, a movable supporting body and a second keel, wherein the fixed supporting body is fixedly arranged at the upper ends of the supporting rods; the fixed supporting body is provided with a first main keel used for supporting and fixing a reinforcing plate strip; the movable supporting body is detachably connected to the supporting rods; the movable supporting body is provided with a second main keel; the second main keel is provided with a first secondary keel used for supporting a detachable plate strip; the second main keel is perpendicular to the first main keel; thesecond secondary keel is installed on the detached movable supporting body; and the second secondary keel is provided with a supporting formwork. According to the post-cast strip supporting system, aworker only needs to detach the movable supporting body and install the second secondary keel and the supporting formwork which are used for supporting a post-cast strip on the movable supporting body, the purpose of pre-supporting the post-cast strip is achieved, the construction efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the post-cast strip casting quality is guaranteed.
