Supporting system for post-cast strip
The invention provides a supporting system for a post-cast strip. The supporting system comprises two independent supporting units, a post-cast strip supporting mechanism and two beam plate supporting units. The two independent supporting units are arranged on the two sides of the post-cast strip correspondingly. Each independent supporting unit comprises a first supporting truss and a plurality of first formworks. The post-cast strip supporting mechanism comprises a plurality of supporting assemblies and a plurality of auxiliary formworks. Each supporting assembly can be overturned upwards to be horizontally arranged on the corresponding auxiliary formwork, and after the two ends of each supporting assembly are in butt joint with the first formworks in the two independent supporting units correspondingly, the supporting assembly is horizontally rotated to the position below the corresponding auxiliary formwork so as to support the auxiliary formwork in the vertical direction. The two beam plate supporting units are used for beam plate pouring forming of the post-cast strip along the two sides in the second direction. According to the supporting system for the post-cast strip, through cooperation of the multiple auxiliary formworks and the supporting assemblies, rapid dismounting and mounting of supports at the position of the post-cast strip can be guaranteed, the construction efficiency is improved, and practicability is high.
本发明提供了一种用于后浇带的支撑体系，包括独立支撑单元、后浇带支撑机构以及梁板支撑单元。其中，独立支撑单元设有两组，分别设置在后浇带的两侧，每个独立支撑单元包括第一支撑桁架及多个第一模板。后浇带支撑机构包括多个支撑组件及多个辅助模板；各支撑组件能够在对应的辅助模板向上翻转至水平设置，且两端分别与两组独立支撑单元中的第一模板对接后，水平转动至对应的辅助模板下方，以沿着竖直方向对辅助模板进行支撑。梁板支撑单元设有两组用于后浇带沿着第二方向两侧的梁板浇筑成型。本发明提供的用于后浇带的支撑体系通过多个辅助模板与支撑组件的配合，能够保证对后浇带位置处支撑的快速拆装，提高施工效率，实用性强。
