The invention discloses a prefabricated truss type floor post-cast strip formwork supporting system and method. The prefabricated truss type floor post-cast strip formwork supporting system comprisesa post-cast strip formwork supporting system body and a post-cast strip two-side whole-hall supporting system body which are connected with each other through transverse horizontal rods. The post-caststrip formwork supporting system body comprises a prefabricated truss type supporting system, second batten auxiliary edges and a post-cast strip formwork. A prefabricated truss is formed by splicingand combining adjustable connecting rods, connecting discs and sleeves. The bottoms of stand columns of the post-cast strip formwork supporting system body are provided with skids. The lower portionsof the skids are provided with a lower-layer floor. The stand columns are located at the bottoms of beams. The stand columns on the two sides of a post-cast strip are symmetrically distributed and are connected through socket type connecting rods. The stand columns are of a segmented combination type. The heights of the stand columns are adjusted through bolt connection. The tops of the stand columns are provided with U-shaped top supports. The upper portions of the U-shaped top supports are provided with H-beams. The upper surfaces of the H-beams and the upper surface of a first formwork arelocated on the same plane.
