The invention provides a floor slab post-cast strip concrete pouring formwork supporting method and a formwork supporting structure. The problem of two-time supporting of a post-cast strip formwork is solved. The method comprises the steps that 1, two-time pouring formwork supporting systems are arranged on the two sides of a post-cast strip, and the rest are one-time pouring formwork supporting systems; 2, a bottom formwork of a pre-cast floor slab and a post-cast strip reserved formwork are arranged on the supporting systems correspondingly; and 3, the one-time pouring formwork supporting systems are dismounted, and a post-cast strip pouring formwork is arranged for the second time. The formwork supporting structure comprises floor slab supporting frames, a floor slab bottom face formwork supporting frame and a middle supporting frame; the floor slab supporting frames are arranged according to the connecting ends of the floor slab and the post-cast strip; a post-cast strip pouring formwork supporting beam is arranged between every two adjacent floor slab supporting frames; the bottom face formwork, the floor slab bottom face formwork supporting frame and the middle supporting frame form a supporting structure through bottom face formwork battens; and the bottom face formwork and a top plate at the top end of the floor slab bottom face formwork supporting frame form a floor slab bottom face formwork. The floor slab post-cast strip concrete pouring formwork supporting method and the formwork supporting structure have the beneficial effects that the service cycle and the erecting and dismounting frequency of the formworks are reduced, cost is reduced, and structural stress is not affected.
