The invention relates to a wet-mixed mortar additive and a preparation method thereof. The wet-mixed mortar additive is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.5-1.5% of sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate, 2-5% of dodecyl sulfuric acid, 3-8% of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 10-15% of sodium gluconate, 1-3% of diethanol amine, 2-5% of sodium sulfate, 2-5% of 4-methyl-2-pentenoic acid, 5-10% of modified nano silicon dioxide and the balance of water. The wet-mixed mortar additive prepared by the invention has good water retention capacity, can effectively prolong thehydration time of mortar, and improves the operability of cement mortar.
本发明涉及一种湿拌砂浆添加剂及其制备方法，湿拌砂浆添加剂按照重量百分比包括以下原料：α‑烯基磺酸钠0.5‑1.5%、十二烷基硫酸2‑5%、聚羧酸减水剂3‑8%、葡萄糖酸钠10‑15%、二乙醇胺1‑3%、硫酸钠2‑5%、4‑甲基‑2‑戊烯酸2‑5%、改性纳米二氧化硅5‑10%和余量的水。本发明制备得到的湿拌砂浆添加剂具有良好的保水性能，能够有效延长砂浆水化的时间，改善水泥砂浆的可操作性能。
