The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a dry-mixed mortar additive, a preparation method and application. The dry-mixed mortar additive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-105 parts of kaolin; 30 to 40 parts of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; 3-5 parts of a water reducing agent; 1-3 parts of a thickening time control agent; and 5-10 parts of organic silicon. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, drying the kaolin, crushing the kaolin by using a ball mill, and sieving for later use; s2, mixing the sieved kaolin, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, water reducing agent, thickening time control agent and organic silicon, and uniformly stirring to obtain the dry-mixed mortar additive. According to the dry-mixed mortar additive provided by the invention, the dry-mixed mortar additive contains the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the organic silicon, and through the synergistic effect of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the organic silicon, the prepared dry-mixed mortar has excellent water absorption and water retention capacity; the setting time of the mortar can be obviously shortened, and the cracking of a building is effectively prevented.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种干混砂浆添加剂、制备方法及应用;干混砂浆添加剂的制备原料按重量份计包括:高岭土90‑105份;乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物30‑40份;减水剂3‑5份;调凝剂1‑3份;有机硅5‑10份。制备方法包括下述步骤:S1、将高岭土烘干,使用球磨机对高岭土进行粉碎,过筛备用;S2、将过筛后的高岭土、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、减水剂、调凝剂以及有机硅混合、搅拌均匀即可得到干混砂浆添加剂。本发明提出的一种干混砂浆添加剂,该干混砂浆添加剂中含有乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物和有机硅,通过乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物和有机硅的协同作用使制备出的干混砂浆具有优异的吸水保水能力;且能够明显的缩短砂浆的凝固时间,有效防止建筑物龟裂。
