Aluminum oxide ceramic aerogel fibers and sol-gel spinning preparation method thereof
The invention discloses alumina ceramic aerogel fibers and a sol-gel spinning preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) uniformly dispersing a linear organosilicon oligomer and an aluminum source in an organic solvent, adding a catalyst, and reacting for a certain time to prepare sol; (2) spinning the sol in a coagulating bath to form gel fibers; and(3) performing solvent replacement, supercritical fluid drying and calcining on the gel fibers to prepare the continuous alumina ceramic aerogel fibers. The method has the advantages of simple and easily available raw materials, simple process, short preparation period, low cost and the like; the prepared alumina aerogel fibers have the diameter of 1-500 microns, the length of 100-10000 meters, the temperature resistance of more than 1200 DEG C, the density of 0.05-0.35 g/cm <3> and the specific surface area of 500-100 m <2>/g.
本发明公开了一种氧化铝陶瓷气凝胶纤维及其溶胶‑凝胶纺丝制备方法。所述制备方法包括:步骤(1)将线形有机硅齐聚物与铝源均匀分散在有机溶剂中,加入催化剂,反应一定时间,制备得到溶胶;步骤(2)将所述溶胶纺丝在凝固浴中,形成凝胶纤维;(3)将凝胶纤维经溶剂置换、超临界流体干燥、煅烧制备得到连续氧化铝陶瓷气凝胶纤维。本发明具有原料简便易的、工艺简单、制备周期短、成本低等特点,所制备的氧化铝气凝胶纤维直径在1~500微米,长度为100~10000米,耐温性能大于1200℃,密度为0.05~0.35g/cm,比表面积为500~100m/g。
