The invention provides a zirconium oxide-aluminum oxide composite fiber aerogel material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing a polymer solution: adding 2-30 parts by weight of a polymer material into 100 parts by weight of a solvent, and performing stirring and dissolving for 0.1-10h at a temperature of 25DEG C-100DEG C and under a rotating speed of 50-1000rpm to obtain the polymer solution; preparing a spinning precursor solution: adding 5-1000 parts by weight of a zirconium oxide precursor and 1-300 parts by weight of an aluminum oxide precursor into the polymer solution to obtain a spinning precursor solution; performing solution jet spinning: spraying the spinning precursor solution from a spinning nozzle by using compressed air to deposit fibers on a receiver, thus obtaining a composite fiber aerogel material; and performing calcining: calcining the composite fiber aerogel material. The preparation method provided by the invention adopts the ceramic precursor to prepare the composite fiber aerogel material through a solution jet spinning method, is simple in preparation process and high in efficiency, and has a good industrial application prospect.
本发明提供一种氧化锆‑氧化铝复合纤维气凝胶材料及其制备方法。方法包括:高分子溶液配制:以重量份数计,将2~30份高分子材料添加至100份溶剂中,在25℃~100℃下以50~1000rpm的转速搅拌溶解0.1~10h,得到高分子溶液;纺丝前驱体溶液配制:以重量份数计,将5~1000份氧化锆前驱体和1~300份氧化铝前驱体添加到高分子溶液中,得到纺丝前驱体溶液;溶液喷射纺丝:将纺丝前驱体溶液用压缩空气从喷丝口喷出,使纤维沉积在接收器上,得到复合纤维气凝胶材料;煅烧:将复合纤维气凝胶材料进行煅烧。本发明的制备方法是由陶瓷前驱体通过溶液喷射纺丝法制备而得,制备工艺简单、效率高,具有良好的工业化应用前景。
