The invention relates to a piezoresistor medium co-firing method. The piezoresistor medium co-firing method comprises the following steps that: (1) the sintering temperature and the sintering time ofa sintering furnace are set, and meanwhile a qualification rate reference value is determined; (2) a green body for test is manufactured, and a qualification rate is detected after sintering; (3) if the qualification rate of the piezoresistor medium for test obtained in the step (2) is equal to or greater than the qualification rate reference value, when it is judged that requirement are met, anda raw material formula and manufacturing process parameters of the green body for the test are recorded; and (4) green bodies are manufactured according to the raw material formula and the manufacturing process parameters which are recorded when the when it is judged that requirement are met in the step (3); and the green bodies are jointly put into a sintering furnace to be sintered at the set sintering temperature for the set sintering time. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, equipment investment can be reduced, an equipment utilization rate can be improved, and time waste and raw material waste caused by sintering temperature debugging can be reduced, and therefore, the total cost of the product is reduced, and the qualification rate of the product is favorably ensured.
一种压敏电阻介质共烧方法,包括下述步骤:(1)设置烧结炉的烧结温度和烧结时间,同时确定合格率参照值;(2)制作试验用坯体,烧结后检测合格率;(3)若步骤(2)获得的试验用压敏电阻介质的合格率等于或大于合格率参照值,则判断为符合要求,并记录下该试验用坯体的原料配方以及制造工艺参数;(4)以步骤(3)判断为符合要求时所记录的该试验用坯体的原料配方以及制造工艺参数,按此制作坯体;将各种坯体共同放入烧结炉中,在所设置的烧结温度和烧结时间下进行烧结。采用本发明的方法既可减少设备投入,提高设备利用率,又可减少因烧结温度调试所造成的时间浪费和原材料浪费,从而降低产品的总体成本,且有利于确保产品的合格率。
