POSS/alumina composite ceramic aerogel fiber and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a POSS/alumina composite ceramic aerogel fiber and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the composite ceramic aerogel fiber comprises the steps that a POSS monomer with a functional group and an aluminum source are mixed in an organic solution, a certain amount of catalyst is added, and after all the materials are stirred and react for a certain time, a gel fiber is prepared by sol-gel spinning; the gel fiber is subjected to solvent replacement and supercritical fluid drying to obtain the alumina composite aerogel fiber; and finally the POSS/alumina composite ceramic aerogel fiber is prepared by calcination. The alumina composite ceramic aerogel fiber is composed of alumina and a small amount of POSS, the diameter is 5-100 microns, the length is greater than 500 meters, the alumina composite ceramic aerogel fiber has a porous structure, the specific surface area is 100-600 m<2>/g, and the density is 0.1-0.3 g/cm<3>. The method is beneficial for obtaining the high-temperature-resistant continuous ceramic aerogel fiber, and the fiber has the properties of ultra lightness, heat resistance, super heat insulation and the like.
