The invention relates to the technical field of bridges and especially relates to an anti-falling beam integrated protection device which comprises an anchoring plate, a buffer energy consumption cylinder, a stretching chain, a flexible protection cylinder, a sliding block and a guide rail. The anchoring plate is fixedly connected to one side of a pier; the anchoring plate is fixedly connected with a first hinge seat; a second hinge seat is fixedly connected to the sliding block; and one end of the buffer energy consumption cylinder is connected with the first hinge seat, the other end of thebuffer energy consumption cylinder is connected to the second hinge seat through the stretching chain, the guide rail is pre-buried at the bottom of the bridge, the sliding block is arranged in the guide rail in a sliding mode, and cushion blocks used for positioning the sliding block are filled in the guide rail and located on the two sides of the sliding block. When the device is used, an anti-falling beam main body structure can be protected, meanwhile, an anti-seismic property of the device is not affected, a service life of the device is guaranteed, and beam falling is prevented.
