The invention discloses an anti-falling protection structure which is applied to a steel structure building, the steel structure building comprises a steel stand column, the anti-falling protection structure comprises a first protection mechanism, the first protection mechanism comprises a first dense-mesh safety net, three first supporting rods and three first steel wire ropes, and the three first supporting rods are evenly distributed on the top of the steel stand column in the vertical direction in the circumferential direction; the first supporting rods are arranged from the inner side of the steel stand column to the outer side of the steel stand column in the radial direction of the steel stand column and are inclined upwards, and first pulleys are arranged at the ends, away from the steel stand column, of the first supporting rods. One end of each first steel wire rope is connected to the top of the corresponding steel stand column in the vertical direction, and the other end of each first steel wire rope penetrates through the first pulley of the corresponding first supporting rod and is connected to the bottom of the corresponding steel stand column; the first dense-mesh safety net is arranged outside the peripheral face of the steel stand column in a surrounding mode and connected to the three first steel wire ropes. The anti-falling protection device can meet the requirement of a constructor for a large motion range during hoisting and welding operation, and can also ensure the anti-falling protection effect.
