The device comprises a protective shell fixedly arranged on the peripheral side of a pier; alkaline protective liquid isfilled between the protective shell and the pier; the top of the protective shell is fixedly connected with a top cover; the top cover is higher than the surface of seawater; a balance hole is formedin the middle of the top cover; the pier is located in the balance hole;a monitoring unit is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the top cover;the monitoring unit comprises a controller;the controller is electrically connected with a PH sensor and a communicator;the PH sensor extends into the alkaline protectiveliquid;a plurality of positioning blocks are fixedly connected to the inner side ofthe bottom of the protectiveshell;and the positioning blocks are tightly attached to the pier. According to the reinforced concrete anti-corrosion device for the pier and the mounting device thereof,reinforced concrete of the pier can be protected, and the service life of the pier is prolonged.
