The invention discloses a stirring machine tool for preparing cement paste. The stirring machine tool comprises a roller, a coil, a magnet, a grouting machine, a power source, a magnetic field regulating and controlling device and a cement stirring pile machine tool, wherein a groove is formed in the roller; the coil is wound in the groove; the coil is electrically connected with the magnetic field regulating and controlling device; the magnet is mounted on the inner wall of the roller; a flange plate is mounted at one end of the roller, and the other end of the roller is connected with the cement stirring pile machine tool through a pipeline; the power source is connected with the flange plate and provides power for the roller; the grouting machine communicates with the roller; and the magnetic field regulating and controlling device comprises a single chip microcomputer, an integrated digital potentiometer, a Hall sensor module, a digital-to-analogue conversion circuit and a keyboard. The stirring machine tool improves activity of the cement paste and increases cement soil stirring uniformity.
