The invention provides a pre-stressed cement slurry secondary stirring tank applied to a nuclear island containment vessel, which comprises a tank body, the tank body is of a double-layer structure, and a temperature control system is arranged in an interlayer; the end cover is provided with stirring mechanisms which are arranged in a matrix manner, and the end cover is detachably connected with the tank body; the stirring mechanisms are respectively positioned in the inner tank and comprise stirring shafts which are rotatably mounted on the end covers; the axis direction of the stirring shaft is parallel to that of the tank body, and stirring blades are arranged at one end far away from the end cover; multiple groups of stirring blades are provided; the stirring blades in the same group are respectively arranged on the stirring shaft along the circumferential direction; and the plurality of groups of stirring blades are arranged on the stirring shaft along the axis direction. By adopting the tank body with the double-layer structure, cement paste can be stirred through the inner tank, and the temperature control system can be arranged in the interlayer, so that the cement paste in the inner tank is subjected to constant-temperature control, and the quality of the cement paste is further improved.
