Sewer pipe dredging system
The invention provides a sewer pipe dredging system and relates to the technical field of pipe cleaning. The sewer pipe dredging system comprises a vacuum pump module, a mud-water separation module, apipe dredging robot, a vacuum sewage suction tank and a sewage suction pipe spool. The pipe dredging robot is hoisted into a sewer pipe through a lifting arm and can crush garbage and sundries in thesewer pipe. The tail end of the pipe dredging robot can be connected with a sewage suction pipe. The sewage suction pipe is wound and unwound through the sewage suction pipe spool. The sewage suctionpipe is connected with the vacuum sewage suction tank. The vacuum sewage suction tank is connected with the vacuum pump module through a vacuum pump system interface. The bottom of the vacuum sewagesuction tank is provided with a bottom mud discharge screw. The bottom mud discharge screw is connected with a slurry pump through a mud outlet valve. An outlet of the slurry pump is connected with athree-way connector. Slurry can be discharged and carried away through the three-way connector and can also be conveyed to the mud-water separation module through the three-way connector. The mud-water separation module is used for separating mud and water in sludge. The sewer pipe dredging system provided by the invention can continuously and efficiently operate on site, greatly reduces the laborintensity and reduces the labor cost.
