Connection structure of prefabricated column and foundation column and construction method thereof
The invention provides a connection structure of a prefabricated column and a foundation column and a construction method thereof. The connection structure comprises the prefabricated column, the foundation column and a joint area formed when the prefabricated column and the foundation column are connected, and the prefabricated column and the foundation column are integrated in the joint area through cast-in-place high-strength mortar. According to the connection structure, a rigid-connection mode is utilized, the shear force of the horizontal load borne by the prefabricated column is provided, the significant shear resistant performance is achieved, enough rigidity can further be provided to jointly bear the bending moment and meet the bending performance, in general, the force transmission path is clear, and the force transmission is ensured; under the condition of ensuring the stress, the overall structure is simple, the installation rate is increased, and the construction cost isreduced; and the problems of poor installation strength and stiffness, unclear force transmission path, high cost and complex construction of a prefabricated column in the prior art are solved.
本发明提供了一种预制柱与基础柱的连接结构及其施工方法,所述连接结构包括预制柱、基础柱以及预制柱和基础柱连接时形成的节点区域,并在节点区域内通过现浇高强砂浆使得所述预制柱与所述基础柱一体成型。本发明的预制柱与基础柱的连接结构利用刚接的连接方式,提供预制柱所承受的水平荷载的剪力,具有显著的抗剪性能,还能够提供足够的刚性,起到共同承受弯矩,满足抗弯性能的作用,总体上实现传力路径明确,传力有保证;且在保证受力的情况下,整体结构简单,有助于提高安装的速率,降低施工的成本。解决了现有技术中预制柱安装强度和刚度差、传力路径不明确,造价高,施工复杂的问题。
