The invention relates to a concrete prefabricated wall board and a construction method thereof. At first, sinking grooves are machined in a cross beam and a column body, the sinking grooves are used for filling when airbags swell, thus the airbags block gaps among a wall board body, the cross beam and the column body, and the overall sound insulation effect and the heat preservation effect after the wall board body is installed are improved beneficially. A connecting column is arranged in a locating cavity formed in the column body and used for connecting of a connecting hook, and locating andfixing of the wall board body are achieved. After the wall board body is installed, then a vacuum box and the airbags are subjected to vacuumizing and air inflation treatment, the heat preservation and sound insulation effects of the wall plate body are achieved, and finally, the wall board body is decorated according to the needs of users.
本发明涉及一种混凝土预制墙板及其施工方法，先将横梁和柱体上加工出沉槽，沉槽用于供气囊膨胀时填补，从而使气囊对墙板本体和横梁、柱体之间的缝隙封堵得更完全，有利于提高墙板本体安装后整体的隔音效果和保温效果。其中在柱体上开设的定位腔内设置有连接柱，用于供连接钩连接，实现对墙板本体的定位和固定。完成墙板本体的安装后再对真空盒和气囊分别进行抽真空和充气处理，实现墙板本体的保温和隔音的效果，最后再根据使用者的需要对墙板本体进行装饰装修。
