The invention discloses a novel prefabricated concrete shear wall panel and a mounting method. The novel prefabricated concrete shear wall panel comprises a prefabricated concrete wall panel body, theupper ends of vertical steel bars of the prefabricated concrete wall panel body are connected with steel sleeves, the steel sleeves partially extend out of the wall panel body, the lower ends of thevertical steel bars of the prefabricated concrete wall panel body extend out of the wall panel body, and horizontal steel bars of the prefabricated concrete wall panel body extend out of the two endsof the wall panel body. The mounting method comprises the following steps that firstly the shear wall panel body is hoisted in place; then the steel sleeves of the lower-layer shear wall panel main body are temporarily plugged, prefabricated laminated slabs are hoisted, a cast-in-place concrete layer is poured, temporary plugging of the steel sleeves of the lower-layer shear wall panel main body are removed after the concrete reaches the strength, a grouting material is poured into the steel sleeves, the upper-layer prefabricated concrete panel main body is hoisted after the steel sleeves arefully filled, the vertical steel bars of the upper-layer wall panel main body are inserted into the steel sleeves, and the grouting material is supplemented among the wall panel main bodies accordingto the quantity of the required grouting material; and then the upper-layer prefabricated concrete wall panel main body is installed in place.
本发明公开了一种新型预制混凝土剪力墙墙板及安装方法；所述新型预制混凝土剪力墙墙板包括预制混凝土墙板，所述预制混凝土墙板竖向钢筋上端连接钢套筒，部分伸出墙板；所述预制混凝土墙板竖向钢筋下端伸出墙板；所述预制混凝土墙板水平钢筋伸出墙板两端；安装方法如下：先吊装剪力墙墙板到位；接着临时封堵下层剪力墙墙板的钢套筒，吊装预制叠合板，浇筑现浇混凝土层，待混凝土达到强度后，将下层剪力墙墙板的钢套筒的临时封堵去掉，向钢套筒内灌注灌浆料，将钢套筒灌满后，吊装上层预制混凝土墙板，将上层墙板的竖向钢筋插入钢套筒内，根据所需灌浆料的数量在墙板间补足灌浆料；之后将上层预制混凝土墙板安装就位。
