The invention relates to an environment-friendly desilting and drainage structure and a pipeline desilting method, and relates to the technical field of environment-friendly buildings. Rainwater is collected by the eave gutter to enter the vertical drainage channels, when dirt isdeposited on the inner walls of the drainage pipes, the water pipe locking parts are opened so that the hinged half pipes can rotate, the vertical drainage channels are opened accordingly, at the moment, the drainage pipes can be cleaned by cleaning the inner walls of the fixed half pipes and the inner walls of the hinged half pipes correspondingly, and thus the environment-friendly desilting anddrainage structure has the advantage of easy and convenient cleaning.
