The invention discloses a steelwire net rack wallboard plastering construction method which comprises the following steps: utilizing a laser level meter to draw a horizontal line and a vertical line on a wallboard, mounting a plurality of cards at different heights along rays, and forming card holes in the cards; mounting a screw on each of the cards to enable the screw to penetrate through the card hole and stretch into the wallboard to be in threaded connection with the wallboard, wherein the cards can limit and fix the screws; uniformly mounting a plurality of ribs on the wallboard, fixedlyarranging a connecting card on each of the ribs, hanging the ribs on the corresponding screws through the connecting cards, and enabling the ribs to be perpendicular to the ground; adopting a pulp sprayer to spray cement paste to the wallboard from the upper end to the lower end, and enabling the spraying thickness to be consistent with that of each rib; and adopting a floating rule to strike offthe cement paste, then, taking down the ribs, and utilizing electric trowelling and manual trowelling to trowel the cement paste on the surface of the wallboard. The steelwire net rack wallboard plastering construction method enables wallboard mounting and plastering process to be simple and easy to operate, and the ribs are convenient to adjust and dismantle.
本发明公开了一种钢丝网架墙板抹灰施工方法,利用激光水平仪在墙板上放水平线与竖直线,且沿着射线安装若干个卡片,并在不同高度安装卡片,卡片上设有卡孔;在每个卡片上分别安装一螺丝,螺丝穿过卡孔伸入至墙板内并与墙板螺纹连接,卡片能够对螺丝进行限位固定;在墙板上均匀安装若干个筋条,每个筋条上固定设有连接卡片,将筋条通过连接卡片挂在螺丝上,且筋条与地面垂直设置;用喷浆机从墙板的上端向下端进行喷涂水泥浆,喷涂厚度与筋条的厚度一致;用刮尺刮平后取下筋条,利用电动抹平和手动抹平将墙板表面的水泥浆抹平,该钢丝网架墙板抹灰施工方法使得墙板的安装与抹灰过程简单易操作,且筋条的调整与拆装方便。
