The invention relates to a building PC prefabricated member on-site assembly installation construction method. The building PC prefabricated member on-site assembly installation construction method adopts an auxiliary device below. The auxiliary device comprises a base and a limit device arranged on the base. The base is of a platelike structure, and a U-shaped hole is formed in one end of the topof the platelike structure. The limit device is arranged at the end close to the U-shaped hole. A conveying device is further arranged on the upper portion of the base. One end of the conveying device is rotationally connected with the limit device. The other end of the conveying device is connected with the base through oil cylinders in a hinged mode. According to the building PC prefabricated member on-site assembly installation construction method provided by the invention, the oil cylinders and the conveying device cooperate to overturn a prefabricated member by 90 degrees, the prefabricated member is erected, swinging during hoisting is avoided, and the stability and safety are improved; and rebars of prefabricated columns are positioned in a horizontal state by means of the limit device, multiple times of manual aligning and positioning are not needed during assembling, and the assembling efficiency is improved.
