The invention relates to a telescopic stereo garage and a using method thereof. The telescopic stereo garage comprises a garage body, and one side of the garage body is provided with an opening; a bearing frame which is used for dividing the internal space of the garage body into an upper layer space and a lower layer space and can slide out of the opening is movably arranged in the garage body; abearing table which is used for bearing an automobile located in the upper layer space of the garage body and can slide out of the opening of the garage body along the bearing frame is movably arranged on the bearing frame; and a lifting device used for driving the bearing table to move up and down is movably arranged in the lower layer space of the garage body. According to the telescopic stereogarage and the using method thereof, the space above parking spaces can be utilized, the utilization rate of the space above the parking spaces is increased, and waste of the parking space is reduced.
