The first driving source can drive the sliding plate assembly to ascend or descend along the supporting frame. The second driving source can drive the rotating base to rotate to be parallel to the plane where a first side frame or a second side frame is located, a third driving source is arranged on the rotating base and can drive the movable guide rail to move to the fixed guide rails relative to the rotating base, a fourth driving source is arranged on the rotating base, and the fourth driving source can drive the telescopic arm to move and drive vehicle carrying plates to move into the fixed guide rails. Compared with the prior art, the movable guide rail and the telescopic arm are arranged to transfer vehicles, independent vacancies do not need to be arranged to output vehicles, the procedures of vehicle delivery are reduced, and vehicles are arranged on the two sides of the supporting frame in a suspended manner.
