The telescopic vehicle transfer robot structurally comprises a front frame (10) and a rear frame (60), a traction steering wheel (20), a fixed clamping arm (310) and a rotary clamping arm (320) are installed at one end of the front frame (10), two idler wheel installation grooves (130) are formed at the other end of the front frame (10),idler wheels (50) are installed in the idler wheel installation grooves (130), and a telescopic cylinder installation groove (140) is formed between the two idler wheel installation grooves; and wheels (80) are installed on the rear frame (60), two brackets (610) inserted into the idler wheel installation grooves (130) in the front frame (10) are installed at one end of the rear frame (60), guiding grooves (611) for inserting the idler wheels (50) are formed in the side surfaces of the brackets (610), a telescopic cylinder (90) is installed between the two brackets (60), and two rotary clamping arms (320) are correspondingly installed on the two side surfaces of the rear frame (60). The telescopic vehicle transfer robot is simple and compact in structure, and can be suitable for the transfer of various wheelbase trolleys.
