The invention relates to the field of buildings, in particular to a modular assembly passive energy-saving type small-volume building. The modular assembly passive energy-saving type small-volume building comprises a vertically-arranged wall body, wherein a water storage tank is arranged at the upper end of the interior of the wall body; a water return tank is arranged on the left side of the lower end of the interior of the wall body; a circulating water path is arranged between the water storage tank and the water return tank; a light condensing device and a heat collecting pipe are arrangedon the right side of the lower portion of the water storage tank; cooling fins are arranged between the water storage tank and the water return tank; and a medium in the circulating water path flowsout of the water storage tank and then is heated through the heat collecting pipe, the heated medium releases heat in a room through the cooling fins and then flows into the water return tank, and water in the water return tank flows back to the water storage tank through the circulating water path. The wall body is a modular wall body with a decorative wall face, can be directly assembled and used during house construction and is convenient to install; and the light condensing device and the heat collecting pipe are arranged in the wall body, the medium is heated through solar energy, continuous heat circulation is formed through the circulating water path to release heat and supply heat to the interior of the room, energy conservation and environment protection are achieved, and heat supply of the whole room is uniform and sufficient.
