The invention relates to a roof heat-dissipating device which comprises an outer hood erected and mounted on a roof, a barrier plate arranged at one end of the outer hood and a fan unit arranged at the barrier plate, wherein the outer hood and the barrier plate are combined to form a hollow space part, so that a housing of the fan unit can be accommodated in the space part. The barrier plate is composed of an air outlet hole communicating to the space part, a fixed groove located in the periphery of the air outlet hole and a screw hole formed between the fixed groove and the air outlet hole. The fan unit is composed of a substrate arranged at the barrier plate, a housing arranged on another side surface of the substrate, a hollow accommodation chamber composed of the housing the substrate,a joint part formed by stretching outward from the substrate in a protruding manner, an exhaust hole penetrating the joint part and communicating to the accommodation chamber, an air inlet hole located in the housing and communicating to the accommodation chamber, a motor arranged on the housing and a fan blade arranged at an axle rod of the motor and accommodated in the accommodation chamber.
